About this beach
Calls itself Florida's Beach Diving Capital thanks to a natural reef about 100 yards offshore, with the wreck of the SS Copenhagen (a British steamship that sank in 1900) as one of its dive attractions. The whole town sits on a narrow barrier island, only about six blocks wide to the Atlantic.
